What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Services Practitioner position at Windsor Healthcare?
Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift. Must have CPI and BLS. CPI can be provided on site after hire, if needed. 1year of experience at least.

- Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s): Required
- Master?s Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
- Three years' experience in a social agency, hospital, or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: Preferred
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Preferred
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM): Required
