SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER — The Wealthy Practitioner

The Wealthy Practitioner is one of the fastest-growing business coaching brands in the industry — known for bold identity work, rapid transformation, luxury experiences, and content that shifts people at a cellular level.
We are scaling into a $15M global brand, and we’re looking for a world-class Social Media Manager who can take our omnipresence to the next level across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This is not a “make graphics and schedule posts” role.
This is a true audience growth operator.
You will help architect & amplify the movement.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for expanding The Wealthy Practitioner’s online presence, growing our community, and increasing inbound leads through daily short-form content, storytelling, and strategic content distribution. You will own the entire social ecosystem — from content planning to directing Steph on filming days, to editing (or managing editors), posting, analyzing performance, and driving meaningful business results. Your job is to ensure our brand is seen, felt, and impossible to ignore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Build and execute a social media strategy that grows reach, followers, and lead flow across IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Maintain brand voice: bold, identity-shifting, luxe, high-frequency, “Steph Fire” energy
- Translate business priorities into content: launches, events, offers, thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, storytelling
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and viral formats
Content Production & Ideation
- Plan and lead weekly or biweekly filming sessions with Steph (acting as both director and producer)
- Pull content angles from events, coaching calls, podcasts, team meetings, and long-form footage
- Create a constant pipeline of hooks, scripts, and content ideas
- Ensure content is published within 24 hours of filming (speed > perfection)
Editing & Asset Creation
- Cut short-form videos, add captions, trending audio, hooks, clip pacing
- OR manage and quality-check external editors
- Produce platform-native content (not copy-paste repurposes)
Publishing & Platform Management
- Post daily across IG, TikTok 4–5x weekly on LinkedIn
- Manage community responses (DMs, comments) with brand-aligned tone
- Optimize for reach, saves, shares, and conversions
- Test new formats weekly
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track weekly and monthly growth metrics
- Identify top-performing content pillars, hooks, and topics
- Prepare insights to guide Steph’s content direction
- Make data-driven recommendations to increase lead flow

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience managing social content for a personal brand, influencer, or high-growth company
- Proven track record growing IG/TikTok/LinkedIn accounts significantly
- Ability to edit short-form content OR manage an editor who can
- Deep understanding of trends, captions, hooks, storytelling, and platform psychology
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with a founder
- Comfortable attending live events to capture behind-the-scenes content (4–6 times per year)
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Bonus: Experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, business, or wellness space
