Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Germantown, MD. The Job Title is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find outfits for special occasions and everyday wear. Daily tasks may include greeting and styling customers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory and fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting. The role also supports store operations such as point-of-sale transactions, opening and closing procedures, and adherence to company policies. Collaboration with store leadership and team members to meet sales goals and uphold Windsor’s brand standards is an essential part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide styling guidance to diverse customers.
- Retail, fashion, or apparel experience, including familiarity with visual merchandising, inventory handling, and point-of-sale systems.
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs and store tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Germantown, MD, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions, returns, and daily operational reports.
