Rate : $25/hr on W2 (Without Benefits) Experience Level: 1 - 5 Years
Description:
- (1 5 years experience) supporting campus workstation conversions and IT labor
- On-site role with flexibility to move between Winchester and Vienna campuses
- Perform physical workstation conversions: equipment setup/removal, cable management, staging, and basic asset handling
- Ability to lift and move boxes of IT equipment and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills for limited customer-facing work (laptop swaps/upgrades)
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, peripherals, docks, monitors, connectivity)
- Comfortable following documented processes for device imaging and secure wiping of returned devices
- Strong organization and attention to detail when tracking converted, staged, and returned equipment
