Staff Accountant -Data Driven & Detail Oriented

Windsor Door is a 3rd generation family-owned company that designs, manufactures, and distributes 100% American-made sectional residential garage doors and sectional commercial-duty overhead doors. We are seeking a Staff Accountant who blends solid accounting fundamentals with analytical savvy. If you love turning data into decisions and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
• Maintain fixed assets and support cost accounting
• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
• Extract and analyze ERP data using Excel & ODBC
• Build dashboards and reports that drive smarter decisions
• Collaborate across teams to automate and streamline reporting

What You Need to Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
• 2–5 years of experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills

A Plus if you have any experience in any of the following:

• SQL, ERP experience ( Epicor, Sage etc.), & cost accounting background.

Work Environment:

This role is based in our manufacturing facility. You’ll work both in the office and on the production floor to support operations and gather insights. This is a safety-sensitive position in a drug free environment.
