Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist position is an entry-level role responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and assisting with the setup and deployment of new equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in problem-solving, technical knowledge, and an eagerness to learn.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows desktop, laptop, and iPad systems.
- Support the setup, deployment, and remediation of PCs and other technical equipment.
- Manage and maintain end-user support for internal systems and devices.
- Update and remediate PCs to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide contractor iPad support as necessary.
- Assist with basic user management tasks, depending on skill level.
- Perform asset management, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must-Have Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Windows 10 or 11.
- Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Reliable transportation to travel between Hot Springs locations.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of Salesforce, Dialpad, Nexus, Vendo, and Web CP.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wages of $15 to $20, depending on experience.
- 8 hour a day regular weekdays with some weekends on extended projects as needed.
