Our company is seeking a qualified customer service professional to coordinate sales appointments and data entry of exterior replacement windows, doors and vinyl siding.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and Schedule sales appointments between the customer's schedule and design consultants schedules
- Constant communication with our customers via phone, email, etc.
- Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program
- Work with the office administrative coordinator & installation coordinator on a daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
