Role Description The Administrative Assistant role at SkyCare MEDIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Clifton, NJ. This team member will provide daily administrative and clerical support, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and documents. The role involves handling correspondence, assisting with basic office operations, and supporting executive staff with administrative tasks as needed. The Administrative Assistant will also help coordinate internal communication, prepare simple reports or presentations, and ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient. Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office support.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential document handling.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic document and spreadsheet creation.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in a collaborative team setting.
