Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
- Meet and greet walk in customers, showing them around our showroom.
- Maintain incoming paperwork from sales team
- Schedule appointments with both customers and Window World team.
- Manage communication between customers, installation teams, and service teams
- Receiving payments from our customers
- Resolve customer issues, alongside management teams
- Receive paperwork from deliveries
- Logically rearrange service and install schedules in the event of emergency situations
- Utilizing our Window World CRM program and QuickBooks (basic knowledge is preferred)
Qualifications:
- Pleasant personality, with energetic spirit both in-person and on phone
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Prior basic computer skills required
- Prior data entry skills are required
- Independent work skills essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong math skills
- Must have strong prioritizing skills in order to meet the demands of the varying tasks
Salary : $16 - $18
