- Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
- Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
- Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
- Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
- Vocationally trained in Supply Chain Management, Technical
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related operational environment.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, customer service principles, and supply chain operations.
- Experience managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify root causes of logistics or service issues and coordinate effective corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and customer service management tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
