Pay: $18/hour plus commission for every appointment made— earn up to $350/day!!!!!
Job Summary:
We are a growing window installation company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. This role focuses on door-to-door knocking and meeting face-to-face with homeowners to generate leads and schedule appointments for window replacement and installation services.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, speaking with people directly, and earning additional income through performance-based incentives. Commission based on how many appointments get scheduled
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvas residential neighborhoods by walking door-to-door
- Introduce our window installation services in a professional manner to homeowners
- Schedule appointments and support sales efforts
- Generate qualified leads and help identify potential projects
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity and results
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials on doors and to homeowners
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and door-to-door outreach
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hour base pay $25 Commission for every appointment made
- Earn up to $350/day
