You will keep the day-to-day operations of a growing Washington-based window and door installation company running smoothly, from customer communication and scheduling to documentation and follow-up.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Monitor company inboxes (email and text) and respond or route to the right team member.
- Manage customer documentation, contracts via Adobe Sign, and payment links via Stripe or Square in ClickUp.
- Schedule measure and installation appointments by coordinating customer availability against installer and team calendars.
- Communicate with subcontractors to schedule installs, audit incoming invoices, and relay updates between installers, customers, and owners.
- Support sales by preparing quote documentation, job proposals, and product specs from customer requests.
- Assist with light marketing tasks, including organic social posts on Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and Yelp.
