Security Operations Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop security personnel.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and operational audits.
• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll review, and labor budgets.
• Respond to incidents and provide operational leadership during emergencies.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of security industry experience.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and client management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
