Are you a dedicated LPN or Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? Windom Area Health is seeking a skilled medical professional to join our Outreach Clinic team in Windom, MN. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Location: Windom, MN
Pay Range: $20.95 - $32.23/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking an LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to provide support services to visiting and outpatient clinic patients three days a week (0.6 FTE) in our Outreach Clinic. Duties include providing assistance rooming patients, telemedicine visits, and assisting with Specialty Clinics Coordinators and the Scheduling department. Strong computer and organizational skills are essential with a dedication to quality care. Position is primarily Monday – Friday with occasional commitments on evenings or weekends.

We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services including cardiac, respiratory, occupational, speech, and physical therapy. In addition, our new optional hospitalist program ensures a continuity of care between your primary care provider and your physician as an inpatient. With a commitment to community health, your regional center for care offers a fitness center. We’re here when you need us, the emergency room, laboratory, and imaging services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Qualifications
- BLS, and current LPN license in State of MN or current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certificate.
- Prior experience working in a clinic, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy.
