Pay Range: $21.57 - $31.28/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor. This position leads the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable while meeting all regulatory standards. The Supervisor coordinates staff schedules and department activities, manages resources responsibly, assists with hiring and training in collaboration with the Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services, and maintains cleanliness throughout all areas of the facility. The role also interacts with patients, visitors, and staff to support a positive experience. This position is scheduled M-F with occasional weekends and holidays as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; housekeeping/leadership experience and Infection Control experience are preferred.
