Location: Windom, MN
Pay range: $69,725 – $104,588/yr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Supervisor to oversee the organization’s mental health program development, leads behavioral health initiatives, participates in mental health committees, and builds strong community partnerships. This role also supervises therapy staff, and works with other clinic staff to enhance services. In addition to supervisory duties, the position provides individual therapy, serves both scheduled and walk-in clients, and collaborates with families, schools, caregivers, primary care providers, and other partners to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. This position is full-time, primarily Monday-Friday. Candidates must have a master’s degree in a clinical field (psychology, counseling, or social work), hold independent Minnesota licensure (LICSW, LP, LPC, LPCC, LMFT), and have 4 years of counseling experience, preferably outpatient. Must be or be eligible to become a board-approved supervisor in Minnesota, or be willing to complete required supervision training.
