Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surprise, AZ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales to meet the hotel’s revenue goals through prospecting, client outreach, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing contracts, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities may include attending networking events and representing the hotel in the community.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Contract Negotiation, and Revenue Maximization
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Outreach
- Strong Marketing and Promotional Skills
