Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Commission Sales Associate based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Associate will engage prospective customers, educate them about the benefits of renewable energy, and promote residential solar solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations with homeowners, providing pricing and customized solutions, managing client relationships, and closing sales contracts. Collaboration with the internal installation team and maintaining market knowledge are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, negotiation, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in engaging and educating customers, with ability to explain technical concepts and financial savings of solar energy solutions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
• Knowledge of solar energy products and renewable energy solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, including in-person client consultations and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
