Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Commission Sales Associate role based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting consultations to understand their energy needs, and offering tailored solar energy solutions. The Sales Associate will guide customers through the sales process, maintain ongoing relationships, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding or interest in renewable energy, solar energy systems, and sustainable technologies
- Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple client interactions and projects
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales, especially in the renewable energy industry, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
