The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales representative to help us expand into new schools and childcare centers through in-person outreach. This role is focused on building local relationships and securing new partnerships, not managing or growing existing locations.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity—perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, connecting face-to-face, and working independently.
Responsibilities:
* Visit local preschools, private schools, and childcare centers in person
* Connect with school directors and decision-makers
* Introduce and pitch Namaste Sports programs
* Drop off materials and build relationships with staff
* Set up interest calls, demos, or trial classes
* Follow up and help move schools through the decision process
* Maintain a simple tracker of outreach and leads
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship-building
* Self-motivated and organized
* Reliable transportation for local visits
* Experience in sales, education, childcare, or wellness is a plus (not required)
* Familiarity with the Orlando area is preferred
Compensation:
* $150–$200 per school partnership secured
* 20-30% of the first month’s program revenue
* $50–$100 bonus if the program continues after 60 days
* High performers can earn $250–$600 per school
Commission is paid once the school officially launches and completes its first scheduled class.
This is a commission-based contractor role. Representatives are responsible for their own transportation and local travel.
