Windle Design & Construction is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Working alongside the owner, you will be responsible for translating vision into execution by leading the business through its people, systems, culture, and operational excellence. This role is about more than overseeing construction projects; it's about building an organization capable of sustained growth while maintaining the craftsmanship, service, and reputation that define Windle Design & Construction.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000

• On Target Earnings: $200,000

• Paid Time Off
