Windham Academy is seeking an innovative, energetic, and student-centered educator to lead our signature Future Ready middle school elective program. This unique rotating trimester-based course is designed to prepare students with the real-world skills, leadership abilities, and future-focused mindset needed for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Course Focus Areas
The Future Ready program may include instruction and project-based learning in areas such as:
- Communication and public speaking
- Technology and digital literacy
- Financial literacy and budgeting
- Leadership and collaboration
- Career exploration and readiness
- Entrepreneurship and innovation
- Media literacy and responsible digital citizenship
- Practical life and executive functioning skills
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, hands-on, project-based learning experiences
- Foster collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with middle school students and families
- Integrate technology and real-world applications into instruction
- Support students in developing confidence, independence, and leadership skills
- Collaborate with faculty to align learning experiences with the school’s mission and values
- Help cultivate a positive, innovative, and future-focused school culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with middle school students
- Background or interest in experiential learning, leadership development, technology integration, entrepreneurship, or life skills education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
