What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Produce Manager position at Windfall Market?
Job Summary: Assist Dept. Manager and fill in for Dept. Manager as requested. Purchase, receive, process returns, price, prepare and merchandise designated products and to ensure staffing to meet goals for the dept. sales. An Assistant Produce Manager unloads, separates, verifies counts and accepts produce dept. deliveries. They will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand or walk for extensive periods of time.
This is a full-time position with an average weekly workload of 40 hours. Saturdays and Sundays will regularly be a part of the five day work week, with occasional exceptions.
Some evenings are required.
Operation of electronic pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner is preferred, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
