We are a premier, luxury-focused collision repair center known for precision craftsmanship, exceptional service, and a refined Guest experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional, Client Experience Concierge who takes pride in excellence, communication, and delivering a first-class client experience.
This role serves as the face of our organization and the primary point of contact for Guests throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in Guest interactions, and capable of building trust while representing a premium brand.
Responsibilities
- · Welcome clients, insurance partners, and vendors with professionalism.
- · Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
- · Schedule estimates, repairs, and vehicle deliveries.
- · Follow up on estimates and help convert them into booked repairs.
- · Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process.
- · Maintain accurate client records and process invoices and payments.
- · Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our luxury standards.
