Windber Country Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team!
Position Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests
- Take food and drink orders and accurately enter orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Process customer payments and handle cash accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and outings
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests
- Follow all club policies and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events
- Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol
