Job Title: Drafter
Job Summary:
Wind River Built brings a design-to-build solution to industrialized construction. Wind River is proudly located in Cleveland, Tennessee. At Wind River, we believe in intentional design, responsible innovation, and right-sized livable luxury. We are currently in an exciting new growth phase and seeking new team members to grow with us. We are seeking a Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings using Sketchup. You will work closely with our leadership, design team, production managers, and production supervisors to ensure that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. This is an on-site position, and you will be working in our office located in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Sketchup
- Collaborate with leadership, design team, production managers, and production supervisors to ensure that drawings meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain drawing standards and templates
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Requirements:
- Degree in drafting or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in drafting, with a strong focus on Sketchup
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to double check work, and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Strong architectural and construction experience required
- A portfolio of your work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in drafting or a related field
- Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
- Experience working in a similar industry or with similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Certification in drafting or a related field

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
