Summary
Niles is hiring an AutoCAD Drafter to produce accurate 2D drawings from field survey data and engineering markups. You will work in AutoCAD and Carelston Survey, supporting project teams from field data through final deliverables.
Responsibilities (revised lines)
- Process field data in Carelstonston Survey (points, linework, codes, control) and export it to AutoCAD
- Prepare and revise 2D drawings in AutoCAD from survey data, field notes, and redlines
- Verify point and linework integrity between Charleston Survey and AutoCAD files
- Resolve data discrepancies with field crews, surveyors, and engineers
Required Qualifications (revised line)
- 2 years of 2D drafting experience in AutoCAD, including working from survey point data
Preferred Qualifications (replace the Civil 3D line)
- Experience with Charleston Survey or comparable survey data reduction software (training provided)
- Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar civil/survey software
