What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strengthening Generations Peer/Community Specialist - Behavioral Health position at Wind River Family and Community Health Care?
Be eligible and willing to complete certification process to become a Certified Peer Specialist
Provide individual and group peer specialist services to patients with open treatment plans in Behavioral Health
Provide community outreach and education to community members.
Maintain established productivity standards
Complete all documentation within one week from the date the service was provided.
Take turns operating the crisis/helpline after completing training.
Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the Strengthening Generations Team and Behavioral Health Department
