Complete patient intakes for TPSP thoroughly as required by Federal rules, regulations, and eligibility criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed records and knowledge of Federal policies pertaining to healthcare coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace/other alternate resources.
Manage, evaluate, plan, establish, and implement policies and standard operating procedures that pertain to the operation of the TPSP.
Collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the TPSP.
Develop training strategies as they pertain to the TPSP for all stakeholders.
Develop budgetary plans, programs, and guidelines to ensure TPSP team adherence with financial guidelines and requirements.
Ensures operational expenses are within budget and fiscally responsible.
Provides reports as requested/required for the development and management of TPSP.
Monitors timeliness and effectiveness of department activities.
Compiles and prepares various reports for management in order to analyze trends and make recommendations.
Monitors effectiveness of collection efforts for enrolled TPSP participants.
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the TPSP program.
Supervise, coach, and direct designated TPSP staff.
Engages staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manages resources for staff participation in improvement of work activities.
Develop and maintain training programs for TPSP staff to remain in federal compliance.
Develops and formulates performance measures and standards for the TPSP team.
Responsible for timekeeping of designated TPSP staff in accordance with WRFCHC policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching to designated TPSP staff with regard to changes, objectives, and overall goals of the organization.
Assist with hiring procedures and interviews of new staff.
Issues and documents disciplinary action for TPSP staff per WRFCHC policies and procedures.
