What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Substance Abuse Technician - White Buffalo Recovery Center position at Wind River Family and Community Health Care?
Supervise staff and maintain a schedule for all weekend employees. Treat all clients with dignity and respect and work with residents to provide support, encouragement, and guidance. Accurately report incidents or any behavior that includes significance on provided forms. Assist and supervise clients with preparation of meals. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, chores, community service and other activities. Assist in the transportation of clients, adhering to all traffic and safety laws. Communicate difficulties and or concerns regarding client's behaviors to the supervisor as appropriate. Ensure shift chores are completed, especially the deep cleaning of the facility. Conduct alcohol and drug screening in conjunction with visits and employment. Conduct compliance room checks and inspect all incoming resident's property. Other duties as assigned to maintain/enhance the operation of the WBRC department.
