Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the timely execution of duties associated with input of information into database systems, create and manage spreadsheets, update database system records, produce reports, retrieve data as requested and organize and store relevant documents, inventory control, and customer service.

Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the timely execution of duties associated with input of information into database systems, create and manage spreadsheets, update database system records, produce reports, retrieve data as requested and organize and store relevant documents, inventory control, and customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates and carries out preventive maintenance plans and schedules and liaises with service providers.
- Provide support to the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities,
- Performs regular inspections/ inventory of tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order
- Detects and alerts team of any repairs needed, defects or issues found regarding equipment and tools
- Designates team members or contracts vendors and service providers to perform specific maintenance tasks.
- Accurately transfer data from documents into database systems using keyboards, data recorder or optical scanners
- Create error free spreadsheets to capture large number of figures and data
- Performs accurate data entry into the CMMS system and ability to verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Updates existing data as necessary
- Ability to retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested
- Management of date after entry, document, organize and store relevant documents to easily retrieve, as needed
- Performs required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of the maintenance department.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other team members with little supervision
- Executes and provides proper follow-up for expedited orders and order changes.
- Ability to complete short and long term projects, manage multiple tasks and prioritized duties.
- Detail oriented with focus on time management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with internal/external customers and internal functional groups
- Perform duties associated with ensuring inventory accuracy
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills a must
- Demonstrate an understanding of the customer ordering process
- Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner
- Responsible for informing the leadership team immediately of any failure to meet established standards.
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), food safety, HACCP and SQF process requirements and sanitation guidelines, OSHA requirements, EHS tracking and monitoring, LOTO management and rectify/report all non-compliance to Management.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Performs any and all other duties as assigned by leadership team.
- High School Diploma GED preferred
- Proven experience to include 2 to 5 years of continuous working experience as a data entry clerk..
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Skills: Sense of ownership and pride in in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. Strong problem solving, follow-up, and decision making skills a must. Requires excellent knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets and databases. (i.e. CMMS, Excel- v-look-up and pivot tables, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, etc.). Fast typing skills with knowledge of touch typing is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to grow in role to meet challenges as they occur. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Work an 8 hour shift while sitting, standing, and walking.
- Will require working at desk for at least 4 house of the work day
- May require the manual movement of cases of finished goods that weight up to 25 pounds.
- Will require being able to traverse the facility on foot, being able to walk over 300ft at a time.
- 4 plus hours in a sitting position at a desk in an office setting using a computer
- Maybe exposed to extreme heat when in an environment that is not air conditioned.
- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Wear PPE while working outside of office area, to include hairnet, hearing protection and safety glasses with side guards.
- Work an 8 hour day shift or more as needed
- Able to work weekdays, weekends and overtime
