This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boise, ID, for the position of Director of Talent Development. The Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs to align with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include identifying areas for employee training programs, facilitating leadership and development workshops, optimizing talent management processes, and overseeing performance management initiatives. The role involves collaboration with different departments to promote a culture of learning and growth.
- Expertise in Leadership Development, Employee Training, and Organizational Development
- Proficiency in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement Strategies
- Strong understanding of Performance Evaluation and Coaching
- Exceptional Project Management, Communication, and Strategic Planning abilities
- Ability to analyze data to assess program success and recommend improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in leading talent and leadership development initiatives within large organizations
- Experience working in or knowledge of the retail or grocery industry is a plus
