As our Product Manager of High Frequency Products for our RFM Group, you will be responsible for the overall high-power product strategy for our division. You will use your market and product knowledge to develop and execute growth plans to meet sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our RFM power products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
- 5 years of experience with Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Aerospace, Defence or Space markets
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products - RF Product experience preferred
- Experience in analyzing markets and product applications, and developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication

- Establish a tracking mechanism to monitor progress against business plan goals
