Qualifications & Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the department
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Continuously drive to improve department metrics, productivity, safety, delivery, quality and cost containment.
- Oversee production staff, including hiring/training of personnel.
- Leadership in implementing Lean Continuous Improvement actions.
