Maintenance Technician

Accountable for performing machine repairs and preventive maintenance according to schedule, troubleshooting and repairing or retrofitting machines, and completing work orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and specifications, supporting operational excellence by meeting customer delivery and quality commitments, and being responsive to customer needs. This role requires consistently living the Winchester Values of Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment. Collaborate with personnel to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and ensure all calibrations are compliant.
