Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellence in customer relations, Customer service, diplomacy, product presentation, consultative selling techniques, professionalism, and computer literacy
- 5 to7 years experience in Sales/Customer Service Management
- Experience with a Quote database strongly preferred
- Connectors and Custom Cable Assembly knowledge strongly preferred
- Military Aerospace market segment knowledge strongly preferred

- Own assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer support, business growth, delivery performance, escalations, and strategic account management.
- Lead customer onboarding, audits, business reviews, customer visits, and account activities while coordinating cross-functional support and corrective actions as required.
- Prepare quotations, manage opportunity follow-up, support pricing activities, and coordinate with outside sales representatives to drive bookings, revenue growth, and profitable business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, backlog data, customer demand information, and ERP records while monitoring demand trends, resolving forecast discrepancies, and communicating risks that may impact production, inventory, capacity planning, or delivery performance.
- Process customer purchase orders and perform commercial contract reviews to ensure customer requirements, contractual obligations, and company commitments are understood, executable, and properly communicated.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve pricing, specification, delivery, contractual, and order management issues throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities including backlog recovery, customer commitments, deviations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain KPI scorecards, forecasts, backlog reporting, customer performance metrics, and Salesforce data to support business planning, customer performance management, and operational decision-making.
- Lead weekly business reviews to monitor bookings, backlog health, forecast accuracy, pipeline activity, customer performance, past-due orders, and corrective actions while providing customer insights to support revenue attainment and operational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Accounting, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to support customer requirements and successful order execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align customer priorities, delivery commitments, operational constraints, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives on account strategy, growth initiatives, and customer opportunities while participating in internal meetings to drive action items and resolve obstacles.
- Take full ownership of assigned customer accounts and commitments from initiation through completion.
- Proactively engage customers to influence order timing, approvals, schedule adjustments, and recovery plans.
- Identify customer risks and opportunities and act early to prevent issues rather than react to them.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, information gathering, and execution required to support customer success and make informed decisions within established company guidelines.
