Operations Logistics and Routing Coordinator

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Logistics and Routing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics including routing efficiency, customer service frequency, container optimization.
• Problem-solving skills to take quick and decisive action to optimize routes in an efficient manner
• Effective oral communication skills to collaborate with local operations teams, drivers, and other internal customers
• Familiarity with logistics routing software
• Ability to think outside the box when spotting opportunities for improvement
• In-depth knowledge of routing efficiency and optimization
• Must be able to provide customer support for routing issues
• Responsible for reporting and root causing sequence compliance opportunities
• Must be able to receive feedback and work closely with local site leadership for continuous improvement
• Responsible for maintaining routes including adding/removing stops
• Additional tasks may be assigned by their direct supervisor
• Ride along with drivers to understand routing opportunities, efficiencies, and container optimizations
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in routing and dispatching
• Ability to learn at a fast pace with initiative
• Ability to interpret data effectively
