Our technicians play an essential role in our day-to-day operations, contributing in many ways, including:

 

Leadership & Supervision:

  • Train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Oversee daily workflows and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
  • Address team concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Communicate clearly with team members and other staff 

Patient Care & Technical Skills:

  • Perform all standard veterinary technician duties, such as:
  • Taking vital signs and collecting samples
  • Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments
  • Providing nursing care for sick or injured patients
  • Assisting with surgeries and various procedures
  • Performing laboratory tests and diagnostics
  • Preparing patients for procedures and monitoring anesthesia
  • Performing patient intubation
