$18–$30 per hour, based on experience 40 Hours Weekly | Monday–Friday | Overtime Opportunities Available

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain certification within one year
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor others
