What We're Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC field service experience
- 2 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to confidently recommend repair and replacement solutions
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Experience servicing a broad range of commercial HVAC-R equipment is preferred
- Self-motivated professional with leadership potential is a plus

Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Evaluate equipment and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support commercial clients
