Wilson Health is looking for a direct hire Self Pay Representative or our location in Sidney, Ohio.

Position Reports to: Department Supervisor/Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Patient Accounts the Self Pay Rep will make/answer patient calls regarding balances due, takes turns covering cashier window for in-person payments/patient questions, process returned mail, assist patients in setting up payment plans, and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Supervisor/Manager, patients, patient families, and the general public. This would include the pediatric client, the adolescent client, the young-middle aged adult client and the geriatric client.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

- Works mail as it applies to Self-Pay Rep.
