Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Product Specialist/Sales Associate to join our team at Wilson Auto Family. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and showcase your exceptional customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to understand their vehicle requirements.

· Provide detailed information about GMC vehicles and other Pre-Owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.

· Conduct test drives to demonstrate the quality and performance of our vehicles.

· Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.

· Explain financing options, lease terms, and warranties to customers.

· Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing for customers when needed.

· Combine efforts and collaborate as a team.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

· Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and incentives.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers.

· Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to learn about GMC vehicles and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Expectations & Compensation:

· This position will be a 5 days per week and approximately 40-45 hours per week position. There will be a need to work every Saturday.

· The training period should last between 3-6 weeks, depending on previous experience.

· An average Sales Associate can expect to make $60,000/year, while above-average performers could make well over $60,000/year.

· Background and driving record checks and/or reference checks will be performed on all final applicants.
