Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10 years of experience in the discipline of Water/Wastewater in our Colorado Springs, Denver, or Loveland office. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring and client management.

Essential Job Functions
- This is a key role which will support the Senior Project Manager and Water Wastewater Practice Leader to ensure efficient project management in Colorado.
- With a number of big projects underway, this role will be strategic and flexible piece to ensuring teams receive proper support.
- Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing; including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
- Facilitate projects with a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.
- Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
- BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resource emphasis
- 10 years of experience
- PE License required
- Experience with plan production AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Microstation and InRoads experience a plus
- Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing is a plus
