Job Description
RESPEC, seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in our Water market sector, located in Colorado Springs, Loveland, and Denver, Colorado.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within six (6) months
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering water and wastewater engineering projects
- Demonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and pumping facilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
Preferred:
- Experience developing and leading professional service proposals and project pursuits
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate repeat business
- Experience managing project financial performance and supporting backlog growth
- Proficiency with hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management software
- Active participation in professional organizations and industry conferences
Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
