Your Role
As a Carpenter at Wilson Co., you'll bring plans to life. From framing to trim and finish work, you'll execute precise, beautiful work that reflects the level of detail we're known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute framing, cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints and build to spec
- Measure, cut, and install with accuracy and pride
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow safety standards
- Work independently and stay accountable to timelines
- Communicate clearly with the Superintendent and Project Manager
- Are tired of just being a number and want your work to matter
- Have at least 3 years of experience in residential or custom carpentry
- Are someone who cares about details, and the impact they make
- Are reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
- Want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and people
- Full-time position
- Hourly rate at $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience
- Consistent work with high-end materials and clients
- Clear path for growth as we scale (leadership, salaried roles, training)
