Accountable for
- Support our attorneys and paralegals in all phases of litigation
- Maintain organized case files
- Manage and calendar court deadlines
- Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong data entry and data management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to act both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge Microsoft Office suite
- Type at least 40 WPM
- Confident in a paperless work environment
- $26 - $32 depending on experience
