JOB SUMMARY:
Provides administrative, reporting, marketing, and coordination support to the leasing team by maintaining accurate tracking tools, preparing materials, supporting specialty leasing documentation, and assisting with industry event planning.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and update daily call sheets for the leasing team.
- Assist the leasing team with creating and maintaining marketing packages and presentation materials.
- Complete weekly updates to leasing tracking reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate industry conventions, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
- Prepare specialty leasing agreements and assist with related documentation.
- Collect, organize, and track required documents, including insurance certificates and sales reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the leasing department as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of administrative, leasing support, commercial real estate, or related office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, maintain records, and track required documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with the leasing team and external contacts in a fast-paced environment

The salary range listed for this position represents the anticipated compensation based on experience and qualifications and may vary depending on internal factors and applicable laws.
