What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Receptionist position at Wilmington General Practice Dental Office?
Our general dentistry practice is seeking a front desk receptionist that is detailed and patient centered. This position will welcome all patients and families that come to our office. You must be able to multitask. A few duties that will be required includes: verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, create and present treatment plans; collect payments; checking pts in/out, etc.
A knowledge of dental terminology is a must. Dentrix knowledge is preferred.
Pay is based on experience. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday. Part time around 25 to 30 hours with rotating Mondays.
