- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to operate hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.)
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (molds and materials)
- ABC certification or prior prosthetic technician experience is a plus
