Duties
- Paychex payroll processing (Biweekly processing/onboarding task during busy season)
- Handle payroll tax calculations, filings, and reporting accurately while managing confidential employee information with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with accounting teams to perform double-entry bookkeeping tasks related to payroll transactions and financial concepts.
- Fixed asset management (book keeping), Month end Journal entries
- Generate detailed reports on payroll expenses, labor costs, and other financial metrics for management review and audit purposes.
- Some tax filing (such as BO tax, Quarterly payroll taxes)
- Administrating PTO and sickpay.
Those who has book keeping experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
