Willowood Ventures is an automotive marketing company based in Apex, NC. We help dealerships across the country turn ad spend into booked appointments and sold units, and we're growing our own in-house Business Development Center to support that work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an Automotive BDC Agent to work incoming and outbound leads for our dealer partners. You'll spend your day on the phone, texting, and following up by email to turn leads into confirmed, sat appointments. This is a great fit for someone who's persistent, organized, and enjoys the day-to-day work of connecting with people and hitting a number.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Make outbound calls and respond quickly to inbound leads from our dealer partners.
Text and email prospects to schedule appointments and keep them engaged until they show.
Log every contact and follow-up in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
Follow proven scripts and cadences, and flag what's working or not to your team lead.
Hit daily and weekly targets for contacts made, appointments set, and appointments shown.
Work unsold and older leads to find opportunities other people missed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in an automotive BDC, internet sales department, or similar phone-based sales/customer service role is a plus.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and texts every day.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
Familiarity with a dealer CRM such as VinSolutions, eLead, or DealerSocket is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
Reliable, coachable, and organized with follow-up.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
This is a hybrid role based in the Raleigh, NC area, with a mix of in-office and remote days. Occasional Saturday coverage may be needed during active campaigns.
PAY
$15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
